Hotel&SPA Diamant Residence offers to its guests а Restaurant with two spacious open-air terraces, Snack Bar and Pool Bar. They all work on the All Inclusive basis. The stylishly furnished main Restaurant and the rich variety of culinary specialties will make you immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere. Imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails are served at the Lobby Bar against payment.

Main restaurant

In the Main Restaurant you can enjoy delicious traditional Bulgarian and International dishes, prepared by a team of professional chefs in front of your eyes. Тhe culinary masterpieces of our chefs will take you on a real gastronomic journey and the home made pastries and cakes will bring real pleasure to your senses.
Twice a week are organized the thematic dinners with selected dishes from the traditional Bulgarian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Buffet Breakfast - 7:30 - 10:00
Buffet Lunch - 12:30 - 14:00
Buffet Dinner - 18:30 - 21:00

Snack

Set beside the pool on the terrace of the Main Restaurant, offering a great choice of drinks and snacks for the whole family. Choose from popular quick bites such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches and waffles with refreshment drinks during the hot summer days.
The Snack on the outside terrace will make your stay around the pool extremely enjoyable.

Ice cream - 11:00 – 18:00
Snacks, cookies and cakes - 15:00 – 17:00
Local draft wine and beer, soft and hot drinks -10:30 – 18:00

Pool bar

Еnjoy the sunshine with refreshing drinks, prepared by our friendly staff. The Pool Bar offers coffee, tea, water, juice, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, cocktails, wine and beer. Enjoy summer cocktails while relaxing poolside during the day and unwind after dark with chilled music and favorite drinks as the sun sets and fills the sky with stars.

Lobby bar

The Lobby Bar which is situated in the comfortable and modern Lobby area, provides an impressive list of wines, remarkable alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and cocktails. The inviting ambience is perfect for a relaxed evening drink in luxury surroundings.
