Rooms

• Your room will be cleaned on a daily basis until 4pm.
• The bath towels are in store for use only in your hotel room. It is not allowed to use them at the swimming pool.
• Keep the balcony door and windows closed while you are not in the room and also during the night.
• The Air conditioner (A/C) in the room is only working when the balcony door is firmly closed.
• Ironing in the room is not allowed for safety reasons.

Main Restaurant

• Please be advised that a dress code is required in our restaurant.
• Every guest should order food and beverages only for themselves.
• To prevent an accident with children, please don't leave alcoholic drinks where kids can reach them.
• Taking food and beverages out of the restaurant is prohibited.

Outdoor Pool

• The opening hours of the pool are from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm.
• The hotel policy clearly stated that sunbeds could not be reserved. 
• Pool towels are provided free of charge. Every guest is entitled to one towel per adult per day.
• Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended while being around the pool area. The hotel management does not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items.

Visitors

• All visitors should report to Reception to request admittance.

The Management reserves the right to change or limit the working hours of all agreed facilities and services.
